Accommodation description: The island Hvar is situated in a south of town Split in Middle Dalmatia. It is the second island in Dalmatia and the fourth island in Adriatic by size and by population number. It has about 10300 habitants. Most of them live on the west side of the island where they are living of agricultural production (winegrowing) and tourism, which are the most important branches of economy and they put Hvar in leading developing position amoung Croatian islands. |
